PESHAWAR: One terrorist was killed during an exchange of fire between Pakistan’s security forces and terrorists in the Ladha area of South Waziristan district of Pakistan’s northwestern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said in a press release.
According to ISPR, arms and ammunition were also recovered from the custody of the killed terrorist. The killed terrorist was actively involved in several terrorist activities in the area, ISPR said.
ISPR further added that sanitization of the area is being carried out to eliminate other terrorists in the area.
