India Involved in HR Violations in IIOJK: Pakistan’s Special Assistant

ISLAMABAD: Special Assistant to Pakistan’s Prime Minister on Human Rights Mushaal Hussain Malik on Monday said that India was involved in gross human rights violations in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK).

India cannot suppress the struggle of Kashmiris

Speaking on the protest against Human Rights violations in IIOJK here on Monday, she said that India cannot suppress the genuine struggle of the IIOJK people.

Mushaal Hussain Malik said that India has booked thousands of leaders, workers, and youth in false cases.

She said if anyone tried to say something against India’s aggressive tactics in IIOJK, was subjected to severe black laws, and the lives of his loved ones were jeopardized.

Earlier she lauded Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar for his effective advocacy of the Kashmir cause during his speech at the United Nations General Assembly.

In her statement, she expressed her gratitude to the Prime Minister for raising the difficulty of oppressed Kashmiris on the international stage at the UN General Assembly session. She praised the Prime Minister for serving as an ambassador and advocate for the Kashmiri people.
