TASHKENT: Kyrgyzstan President Sadyr Japarov on Wednesday arrived in Tashkent on a working visit, marking a significant moment in regional diplomacy, the president’s press service reported.
The President’s plane touched down at the Islam Karimov International Airport, where he was warmly welcomed by Prime Minister of Uzbekistan Abdulla Aripov and other officials.
President Japarov’s visit to Tashkent holds strategic importance, as he is scheduled to participate in the 16th Summit of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO). The summit is expected to provide a platform for leaders from member countries to discuss vital economic and regional cooperation initiatives, fostering partnerships and collaboration in various sectors.
