Caracas, Venezuela: The president of Venezuela’s Parliament, Jorge Rodriguez, and the the Special Commission for the Defense of Guyana Essequibo unveil a new map of Venezuela that includes the disputed oil-rich region with Guyana. The United Nations Security Council met behind closed doors Friday on the fast-escalating row between the two South American neighbors. “It is the map that we must take care of, as we must take care of every inch of that libertarian territory,” says Jorge Rodriguez.
