Pakistan’s Liberation from IMF

Assuring comprehensive support for the business sector through various measures, the prime minister applauded the proactive role of the Federal Board of Revenue in achieving record tax collection this year. He emphasized that Pakistan’s liberation from IMF constraints would be possible through increased tax collection from the public.

While acknowledging everyone’s right to protest, Prime Minister Kakar emphasized that action would be taken against those engaging in disruptive activities.

Prime Minister Kakar commended Punjab Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi for his efforts in facilitating the business sector. He also acknowledged the contributions of the Punjab chief secretary and other provincial secretaries in establishing the BFC, which serves as a centralized facility for the business community.
