KCEU Denounces Indian Blames against Kashmiri Leaders

BELGIUM: Belgium-based Kashmir Council European Union (KCEU) head Ali Raza Syed has strongly denounced the Indian allegations levelled against Kashmiri leaders based in North America Farooq Siddiqi alias Farooq Papa and Raja Muzaffar Khan.

In a statement, Chair of KCEU Ali Raza Syed stated that Indian accusations against Farooq Siddiqi and Raja Muzaffar of Kashmir Global Council are completely baseless and fabricated as they are out of Jammu and Kashmir for a long time and just focusing on the legitimate rights of Kashmiris.

He added, they are not involved in any illegal activities against and the allegations against them are untrue. Ali Raza Syed added KGC is just making tireless efforts towards achieving a diplomatic and inclusive political process in Jammu and Kashmir via an early peaceful solution of the much-delayed issue of Kashmir in line with global norms and commitments.

The chair of KCEU added KGC’s activities have consistently been driven by a genuine desire to support the rights and aspirations of the people of Kashmir. He called upon the world and major powers of the world to halt human rights violations in occupied Kashmir and play their effective role in facilitating a just and lasting resolution to the issue of Kashmir issue, the message stated.
