Ingredients:
Whipped Cream
1 pack Dairy Whipping Cream
Hot Chocolate
Whipped cream (as required)
1 litre Full Cream Milk
1/4 cup Cocoa powder
1/2 cup Sugar
Cocoa powder (for garnishing)
Chocolate chips (for garnishing)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, add dairy whipping cream and beat until it becomes fluffy with stiff peaks. Note: Ensure the cream is chilled overnight in the fridge before whipping, and use an electric beater. Note: Avoid chilling in the freezer, as the cream won’t whip properly if subjected to a sudden temperature shock.
- In a pot, heat full cream milk and bring it to a boil.
