SEHWAN SHARIF: Officials said on Thursday that at least 20 people including women and children were killed while several others were wounded in a traffic accident in Sehwan Sharif. Officials said that the mishap happened when a passenger van fell into a trench on Indus Highway.
Health Official and Traffic Accident in Sehwan Sharif
A local official confirmed the accident and said that the van was heading toward Sehwan Sharif from Khairpur. Local media reported that wounded people have been shifted to the hospitals. A health official told the media that “8 women and 4 children are among the deceased. He said that two of the injured are in critical condition.
