QUETTA: A gas explosion in a coal mine in Harnai, Balochistan province, has left around 18 miners trapped underground, local media reported on Wednesday.
As per details, the incident took place in Zardallu area near Harnai where part of a coal mine collapsed following the blast, trapping ten miners underground.
After receiving the information regarding the incident, 8 miners went inside for help, but they were also stranded in the mine. The district administration of Harnai said that the rescue operation is going on to evacuate all the miners.
