LAHORE: The Green Shirts are flexing muscles to face the young but energetic New Zealanders in the 5th and final T20 contest at Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore today. After losing the last game on Thursday, the Pakistan team would try their best to level the series. In case of defeat, the Black Caps would win the T20 series as they are already leading with a 2-1 margin.
Shaheen Afridi and Naseem Shah are likely to be part of the fifth match as they were rested in the last game to provide a chance to other players. After the first contest was washed out by rain, both teams registered one win each in the first three matches of the T20 series.
Last Thursday, amid a post-match talk, Pakistan skipper Babar Azam said that the series would provide all the players an opportunity to have good preparation for the upcoming ICC T20 World Cup.
