SAN FRANCISCO: Yoel Roth, the former head of trust and safety in Twitter, has said that the social media platform was not safer under the new CEO and owner Elon Musk.
In his first interview since quitting the office this month from the company, Roth said that company had no longer enough crew for safety operations, Reuters reported on Wednesday.
Twitter’s ex-employee changes his stance
It is to be noted that Roth had tweeted after Musk’s takeover of the company that Twitte safety has improved under the ownership of billionaire CEO.
But when he was asked during a journalism conference on Tuesday whether he still felt that way, his reply was “No!”.
