Ingredients:
1 cup corn kernels
1 cup gram flour (besan)
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon chaat masala
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
Salt to taste
Water as needed
Oil for deep frying
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine gram flour, cumin seeds, chaat masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
Add water gradually to make a smooth batter.
Add the corn kernels to the batter and mix well.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels.
Serve hot with mint chutney or ketchup.
