Gold medals
While answering a question about the weight of the medals, he said with laughter that these weight about 12 kg and my weight is only 45 kg. His father said that all his children often received gold medals but Waleed has earned the most. He proudly said that Waleed is a Hafiz-e-Quran and a very hard-working child. “I have always focused on the education of my children with a special focus on moral and Islamic education. Waleed has made me proud and I am thankful to Allah for this moment,” he said.
It is pertinent to mention here that earlier the record for the highest gold medals was with a female medical student from King Edwards Medical College for winning 23 gold medals.
