After a few hours in the freezer, they become a refreshingly creamy treat, especially delicious with a squeeze of lime juice.
Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 1 cup water
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
- ¼ cup (55 g) sugar
- 2 limes
Preparation
- In a blender, purée the avocado, water, evaporated milk, condensed milk, and sugar until smooth.
- Next, pour the mixture into ice pop molds and insert sticks. Freeze for six hours or until firm.
- When ready to serve, unmold the ice pops and drizzle with lime juice from the wedges.
