Ingredients:
For the Dough:
5 cups all-purpose flour
2 ¼ tsp yeast
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
½ cup sugar
½ cup melted unsalted butter
1 ½ cups full cream milk
For the Filling:
¼ cup icing sugar
3 tbsp cinnamon powder
For the Topping:
1 pack of cream
¼ cup icing sugar

Prepared dough
Butter for brushing as needed
Prepared filling as needed

Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, salt, baking powder, sugar, melted butter, and milk. Knead until you have a smooth dough. Cover the dough and let it rest until it increases in size.
For the filling, mix unsalted butter, brown sugar, icing sugar, and cinnamon powder in a bowl. Set aside.
For the topping, mix cream and icing sugar in a separate bowl. Set aside.
Once the dough has risen, roll it out with a rolling pin into a rectangular sheet. Trim any uneven edges.
Spread the prepared filling evenly over the dough. Carefully roll the dough from one end to the other, forming a log.
Using a thread, cut the rolled dough into 10-11 pieces to create the classic cinnamon roll shape.
Place the rolls on a butter-greased baking tray. Cover them and let them rest for 15 minutes.
Bake the rolls in a preheated oven at 160°C (320°F) for 25-30 minutes.
Once baked, top your cinnamon rolls with the prepared cream mixture and serve warm.
