ISLAMABAD: This delightful recipe features succulent chicken breast slices infused with the rich and aromatic taste of garlic, making it an ideal choice for a satisfying dinner.
Ingredients:
5 ml oil
5 gm diced dry red chili
20 gm chopped garlic
10 gm unsalted butter
15 gm oyster sauce
5 gm chicken aromat powder
10 ml Chinese cooking wine
10 ml water
20 gm sliced onions
5 gm chopped spring onions
10 gm shredded red bell pepper
200 gm sliced boneless chicken breast
1/2 egg
40 gm corn flour
3 gm salt
5 ml light soy sauce
1 gm white pepper powder
Instructions:
Slice the chicken breast and marinate the pieces in a bowl with half an egg, salt, water, and corn flour.
Heat 200 ml of oil in a deep fryer or pan. Once the oil is hot, fry the marinated chicken slices on medium-high heat for 2 minutes until golden and crispy.
Heat some oil over high heat in a separate pan. Add the diced dry red chili and garlic, cooking for about a minute until fragrant.
Stir in the butter, oyster sauce, 10 ml of water, chicken aromat powder, Chinese cooking wine, and light soy sauce.
Add the fried chicken, sliced onions, shredded red bell pepper, and chopped spring onions to the pan. Toss everything together for 2 minutes to combine well.
Garnish with additional chopped spring onions and serve hot. Enjoy.
