RIYADH: The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has strongly condemned and denounced the assassination attempt on the President of the Union of the Comoros, Azali Assoumani, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Sunday.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in a statement affirmed the Kingdom’s support for the Union of the Comoros and its people in the face of all threats to its security and stability. The Ministry wished the President a speedy recovery and the Union of the Comoros and its people safety, prosperity and stability.
