Ingredients:
3-4 spring roll sheets
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup shredded cabbage
1 cup julienned carrots
2 minced garlic cloves
1 tsp grated ginger
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
Oil, as needed
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.
Take a spring roll sheet, place the vegetable filling in the center, and roll it up, sealing the edges to form a cylinder. Repeat with the remaining sheets.
Preheat your air fryer to 190°C (375°F) for 10 minutes. Lightly brush the spring rolls with a bit of oil and air fry them for 8 to 10 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
