DHAKA: Pakistan’s High Commissioner to Bangladesh, Syed Maroof, paid a courtesy call on Mr. Jashim Uddin, the Foreign Secretary of Bangladesh, on Thursday.
During the meeting, the two officials engaged in wide-ranging discussions on matters of mutual interest. They agreed to remain engaged to take Pakistan-Bangladesh relations forward.
The Pakistan High Commission in Bangladesh posted on social media platform X, “Pakistan’s High Commissioner to Bangladesh, Syed Maroof today paid a courtesy call on Mr. Jashim Uddin, Foreign Secretary, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. They held wide-ranging discussions on matters of mutual interest and agreed to remain engaged to take Pakistan-Bangladesh relations forward.”
