ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s President Aisf Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Saturday felicitated Cricket Team on sweeping the home test series against English team by 2-1.
In a statement, Asif Ali Zardari said that the national team showed marvelous game in the test series and hoped that such a manifestation of excellent performance would continue in upcoming days. He congratulated the entire nation on the historic victory.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, on his social media handle, conveyed his heartiest congratulations to the incredible players of the national team on the historic home Test series win against England.

He wrote, “Their teamwork and passion have made the entire nation proud. Remarkable turnaround!” while also acknowledging the performance of the visitors.
The prime minister further said that the triumph of the team had made the entire country proud and such like wins would continue in the upcoming days.
