ISLAMABAD: In one of the biggest deals this season, the Saudi Arabian capital Riyadh’s Al Nassr club has signed a deal for this season with Portuguese football icon Cristiano Ronaldo.
According to Saudi Arabian media, Ronaldo had signed a 30-month or 2-and-a-half-year contract. The star football, since his Manchester United contract ended last month, has been a free agent.
On Friday, Al Nassr’s sporting director and the president were in Spain’s capital Madrid in order to take Ronaldo to Saudi Arabia in order to make the deal official on 31 December.

Cristiano Ronaldo and Al Nassr in talks since November
Ronaldo and the Saudi club had been in talks since November while the Fifa World Cup 2022 was being played.
By accompanying the club’s officials in order to finalize all the details, Ronaldo will be join Al Nassr on 1 January.
