ISLAMABAD: National Highway and Motorway Police (NHMP) are making continuous efforts including deploying snow squad machinery and salt sprinkling to clear the snow from Patriata Morr to Lower Topa area of N-75 at Murree Expressway.
Motorway Police are also providing advice and information to travelers at an information desk set up at the Phulgran toll plaza Islamabad-Muzaffarabad Dual Carriage Way (IMDC).
Despite the snow, the road is now clear for all types of traffic, and Motorway Police personnel are on duty around-the-clock to guarantee that drivers are safe.
NHMP keeping an eye on situation at Murree Expressway
The NHMP is constantly keeping an eye on the situation and taking the necessary precautions to guarantee that road users are traveling safely during the snowstorm.
Due to the snowy circumstances, the NHMP has asked citizens to avoid unnecessary travel on the Murree Express Way and to adopt all safety precautions. Drivers are also advised to seek out advance information on travel conditions by calling the NHMP hotline 130.
