RAWALPINDI: Pak-Saudi Joint Military Exercise “Al Kassah-IV” concluded, and the closing ceremony was held at Military College of Engineering Risalpur on Thursday.
Troops from Pakistan Army and Royal Saudi Land Forces participated in the exercise. The two-week-long exercise was aimed at sharing mutual experiences in the field of Area Search, Vehicle, Personal search, Route Search, and area clearance operations.
Techniques regarding Improvised Explosives Devices, Vehicle Improvised Explosive Devices, Victim Operated Improvised Explosive Devices, Anti-Suicidal, as well as handling of explosives were specially addressed in the drills.
Forth joint exercise of Al Kassah series
This was the fourth joint exercise of the Al Kassah series as part of bilateral military cooperation between the two countries.
A high-level military delegation from the Kingdom headed by Director General Engineers Major General Saad Misfer Alqahtani also attended the closing ceremony.
