ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court on Friday suspended the transfer orders of Lahore Capital City Police Officer (CCPO) Ghulam Mehmood Dogar. On January 23, Ghulam Mehmood Dogar was asked to report to Services and General Administration Department (S&GAD) Punjab. In the first key appointment on the first day of caretaker chief minister of Punjab, Bilal Siddique Kamyana had replaced Dogar. Kamyana, a senior police officer praised by the PML-N but was dreaded by the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf for crushing its long march to Islamabad in May 2022
