RAWALPINDI: Senior Vice President of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Maryam Nawaz said on Sunday that PML-N is in the field with complete preparations to contest the polls in the country.
Addressing her party Workers Convention in Rawalpindi, she claimed that the PML-N was not frightened of polls as it has not been ‘selected’. She said that PML-N has entered the field not to just contest the elections, but to win it.
Maryam Nawaz Criticizes Imran Khan over deal with IMF
She said that PTI leader Imran Khan was a “coward” as he has been using children and women as shields to dodge his arrest. She claimed that Imran Khan was responsible for the current wave of inflation in the country.
Maryam Nawaz said “PTI chief got historic loans worth 24,000 billion rupees, but did not spend on development and progress in Rawalpindi,”.
Maryam Nawaz criticized Imran Khan over a deal with the International Monetary Fund, adding that the former PM should be held accountable for pushing the nation to the brink of price hike. Maryam Nawaz claimed that no one would save former Prime Minister Imran Khan if Rana Sanaullah decided to arrest him. She said that Imran Khan is reluctant to appear before the court by making excuses for his wound. She claimed that the foreign funding case in connection with the deposed Prime Minister was based on reality. She said that PTI’s chief had nothing to present for his government’s performance.
