RIYADH: Saudi Arabia’s King Salman Wednesday expressed condolence to the President of Greece, Katerina Sakellaropoulou, over the loss of precious lives in the deadly train crash in Larissa.
King Salman offers condolences to Greece
According to Saudi Press Agency, King Salman sent a cable of condolence and expressed deep and sincere condolences to the President of Greece, its people and the families of the victims over the tragic accident. The King wished for the speedy recovery of the wounded people.
Meanwhile, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman also sent a condolence cable to Greece’s president over the mishap.

At least 43 people were killed in the deadly road mishap in northern Greece. Greek PM Kyriakos Mitsotakis called the crash “a horrific accident|” in the country’s history and promised an independent probe over the matter. However, he further said that the accident occurred because of human error.
