ISLAMABAD: The 5th Pakistan International Culinary Championship (PICC) will begin from tomorrow in Lahore.
The College of Tourism and Hotel Management (COTHM) and the Chefs’ Association of Pakistan (CAP) are collaborating strategically with Pakistan Tourism Development Cooperation (PTDC) to host the competition from March 14 to 16.
Young professional chefs will have a platform to display their culinary prowess to the globe at the three-day PICC-2023, which will be held at Royal Palm Golf and Country Club. The event will be an excellent opportunity to promote gastronomy tourism in Pakistan.
The event heralds a new era in Pakistani culinary education and cuisine trends, the PTDC authorities said.
PICC-2023 to link Pakistan with rest of world
The competition would link Pakistan with the rest of the globe by involving students from universities, colleges, and high schools, professional chefs from Pakistan, and international culinary teams and delegations.
The PICC-2023 aims to promote an image of Pakistan that shows us as a world leader in creativity, peace, and friendliness.
