ISLAMABAD: The Indian government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi is facing intense scrutiny following shocking revelations about the 2019 Pulwama attack, which claimed the lives of 40 Indian soldiers. The attack, which took place in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJ&K), was carried out by a suicide bomber who drove a vehicle loaded with explosives into a convoy of military vehicles.

In recent weeks, Indian politicians and journalists have raised serious questions about the Modi government’s handling of the attack, accusing the government of lies and cover-ups.

Indian YouTuber Ravish Kumar, a vocal critic of the Modi government, has alleged that the attack was a result of security failures and that the government has been trying to hide the truth from the public.

Former Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, Satya Pal Malik, has also spoken out about the attack, claiming that Modi had instructed him not to discuss the issue. He further alleged that if the government had given the military the necessary equipment, such as aircraft, the attack could have been prevented.

The Indian media has also come under fire for its handling of the incident, with accusations that it portrayed Modi as a hero and created a situation of retaliation against Pakistan.

Modi government accused of Pulwama attack

The Indian government has not been able to provide a clear explanation for the attack, and those who have tried to discuss the matter have been labelled as traitors.

Former Karnataka Chief Minister and Congress leader Siddaramaiah has added fuel to the fire by accusing Modi and Amit Shah, the current Home Minister of India, of being responsible for the attack and the deaths of soldiers.

He claimed that the government had refused to provide the necessary equipment due to selfish politics.

The Pulwama attack has become a bone of contention for the Modi government, with many questioning the government’s ability to protect its citizens and maintain security in the region.

The incident has also raised concerns about Modi’s leadership and his approach to foreign policy.

As pressure continues to mount on the Modi government, it remains to be seen how the government will respond to the allegations and whether it will be able to provide a satisfactory explanation for the Pulwama attack.

Meanwhile, Advocate Davinder Singh Bahl, a leader of the All Parties Hurriyat Conference in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, has stated that former Governor Satya Pal Malik’s interview exposed Indian conspiracies in the region.

Bahl condemned the fascist Modi government’s attempts to suppress the Kashmiri freedom struggle through nefarious tactics, and to falsely accuse neighboring Pakistan.

He further stated that India cannot defeat the Kashmiri people’s struggle for self-determination using such cheap tactics, and that the former governor’s interview should awaken the international community to the reality of how Narendra Modi staged the Pulwama attack and blamed it on Pakistan.

Bahl praised Pakistan’s support for Kashmiris and their right to self-determination and criticized Modi for violating international law by attacking Kashmir’s special status.

He called on the United Nations (UN) and the international community to help resolve the Kashmir dispute in accordance with UN resolutions and the aspirations of the Kashmiri people, in order to establish lasting peace in the region.
