CALIFORNIA: The world-renowned entertainment company WME has announced that Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, has signed a representation agreement.

The American holding company for talent and media agencies, Endeavour Group Holdings, Inc, formerly William Morris Endeavour and WME-IMG, has its main offices in Beverly Hills, California.

It said: “(WME) will be concentrating on building out its business endeavours across all aspects of the agency and its broader environment, including film and television production, brand partnerships, and more,” the agency announced on social media, adding that it was “honoured” to represent her “in all areas.”

On Thursday, Variety was the first to break the news about the agreement. The article also claimed that Brad Slater, who represents Dwayne Johnson, Jill Smoller, who represents Serena Williams, and Ari Emanuel, CEO of Endeavour, WME’s international entertainment and sports division, will be on Meghan’s WME team.

According to Variety, WME will also handle Archewell, the business owned by Prince Harry and Meghan.

The Sussexes has struck a multi-year production partnership with streaming juggernaut Netflix through Archewell Productions, a division of Archewell. They produced two documentaries in December 2022: “Live to Lead,” which featured interviews with influential people, and “Harry & Meghan,” a six-part documentary that offered their viewpoint on life as members of the British royal family.

Similarly, Spotify and Archewell Audio collaborate, and “Archetypes,” an original podcast series, has been made available on the platform.
