ISLAMABAD: The China Cultural Center in Pakistan has formally launched the 2023 Yellow River Tourism Overseas Promotion Season on several social media platforms, including their WeChat Channels, Facebook Official Page, and Twitter account of Cultural Counsellor and Director Zhang Heqing.
Officials said that this exciting event is scheduled to run from July through September of the current year. The aim of the event is to offer a comprehensive understanding of the Yellow River, its cultural importance, and the revival of its rich heritage. Officials said that they seek to foster cultural exchanges and very effectively communicate the river’s rich history to the people in Pakistan.
Yellow River Tourism Overseas Promotion
The Yellow River Tourism Overseas Promotion Season 2023 comprises several exhibitions and documentaries like “Sing along the Yellow River”, and “The Great Yellow River Delta”.
Photography Exhibition “Discover Beautiful China, Explore the Yellow River, tourism and cultural resources of Shanxi, Shandong, Inner Mongolia, Sichuan, Henan, Gansu, Shaanxi, Qinghai, and Ningxia.
In addition, nine selected routes highlighting several attractions worth seeing in each region will be launched during the Season, covering the 9 provinces through which the yellow river flows.
The regions along the Yellow River, the structure of ancient Chinese civilization, have made important progress in recent years in terms of industrial development, promotion of Yellow River culture and ecological protection.
