San Francisco: Social media platform X, formerly Twitter has now allowed its paying users to hide their blue ticks.
The company owned by Elon Musk on its help page said subscribers can choose to hide blue ticks.
When Musk bought the company, he introduced a $8 blue subscription fee so that the users can access special features.

Later he halted the program for a short period after problems were faced by the people buying tick marks including celebrities and businessmen.
