ISLAMABAD: Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) on Monday announced that the admission for the first phase of spring semester 2023, Ph.D., MS/MPhil, and BS level, will close tomorrow (February 15). At the same time, the last date of admission for Intermediate and Matric programs is February 21, 2023.
The university has also announced the entry test schedule for Ph.D. and MS/MPhil programs, according to which these tests will be conducted in AIOU academic complex from February 17-22, 2023.
Moreover, the final examinations of I.Com, FA/FSc, and matriculation programs of the semester autumn 2022 will begin across the country from March 01 and continue till April 03.
According to Controller Examinations, the complete date sheet is available on the university’s official website (www.aiou.edu.pk), while the Roll number slips are uploaded to the CMS portal of students and also dispatched to the students at their mailing addresses.
AIOU to facilitate students during exams
He informed that the Vice Chancellor of AIOU, Professor Dr. Nasir Mehmood, has ordered the examinations department to ensure transparency and offer all possible facilities to the students during examinations.
He further informed that for the convenience of the students, the examination centers had been established across the country in easily approachable vicinities.
He said that special teams would make surprise visits to the exam centers to eradicate the element of cheating.
