ISLAMABAD: A shocking video of an anaconda devouring a fully grown cow is making rounds on social media around the world.
The disturbing clip shows the anaconda swallowing the cow almost up to its tailbone, highlighting the existence of several snake species larger than those known to man.
This is not the first time such videos have been making rounds on social media platforms. Earlier, a python was filmed preying on a deer in the Kishanganj forest area of India’s Rajasthan.

In the 34-second clip, the 8-feet snake can be seen swallowing the whole deer gradually.
According to the villagers, the python slithered away after it completely swallowed the deer. In another shocking incident in Australia, a massive python stunned onlookers by devouring an entire possum. Michelle Hunjak, who was visiting the Byron Bay lighthouse, stumbled upon the 1.4-metre reptile enjoying its meal.
Anaconda attacks
The suspected carpet python, which soon began to draw a crowd, was captured on camera hanging in the tree by its tail, with the possum’s legs and tail still protruding from its mouth.
