Arab Singers Delight Crowd at Pre-Wedding Concert Ahead of Jordanian Royal Wedding

AMMAN: An electrifying concert took place on Monday night at the Amman International Stadium in Jordan, featuring popular Arab singers in anticipation of the upcoming royal wedding of Crown Prince Hussein bin Abdullah II and Saudi Arabian citizen Rajwa Al-Saif. The highly anticipated wedding is scheduled to take place on Thursday.

The star-studded lineup included renowned Lebanese singer Ragheb Alama, Jordanian singers Diana Karazon and Zain Awad, Egyptian singer Ahmed Saad, and Egyptian singer and actor Tamer Hosny. The performers captivated the audience with their mesmerizing performances.

During his set, Tamer Hosny left the stage and walked among the crowd, encouraging their participation and leading them in a sing-along. In a show of appreciation for the crown prince, Hosny expressed his admiration and requested a resounding round of applause.

Arab Singers Expresses Delight for Honor

Taking to Instagram after the concert, Hosny expressed his honor and pride in participating in the celebration. He posted, “It is an honor for me to open this legendary celebration with the praise-worthy people of Jordan on the occasion of the wedding of Prince Hussein bin Abdullah II, Jordan’s Crown Prince, and Miss Rachouh Al-Saif. I am very proud and happy that a day has come where I can play a part, even a small part, in placing the Egyptian flag, with love, with a great nation such as Jordan, as a symbol of love between two countries for a great occasion such as this.”

Ragheb Alama also took to Instagram, dedicating a heartfelt song to the young couple. He wrote, “From my heart, I dedicate this song to the honorable royal Hashemite family and to the beloved Jordanian and Saudi people. And wishing the joys in your homes to continue to flourish.”

The religious ceremony for the royal wedding is scheduled to take place at Zahran Palace in Amman on June 1. The reception, to be attended by international heads of state and the Jordanian royal family, will be held at Al-Husseiniya Palace.
