Army Chief Reaffirms Commitment to Steer Pakistan Out of Current Crisis

KHANEWAL: Pakistan’s Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Syed Asim Munir reaffirmed the Pakistan Army’s unwavering commitment to leading the country out of its current crisis.

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony of the ‘Model Agriculture Farm’ in Khanewal, the Army Chief expressed pride in serving the nation, emphasizing that the Army and the people are inseparable entities.

General Asim Munir highlighted the Pakistan Army’s historical role in times of difficulty, always actively assisting the country and its citizens. With Pakistan facing various challenges, the Army has taken a resolute decision to navigate the nation out of these crises.

Praising the Pakistani nation for its pride, zeal, and talent, the Army Chief called upon all citizens to collectively reject any sense of dependence. He stressed that Pakistan is richly blessed by Allah Almighty, and it is the duty of every Pakistani to utilize these blessings to their fullest potential.

Army Chief Says No Power Can Prevent Pakistan’s Development

The Army Chief firmly stated that no force in the world can prevent Pakistan from becoming a developed nation. He underscored the country’s agricultural heritage and the intention to revolutionize agriculture to benefit small farmers, establishing modern ‘model agriculture farms’ across the nation.

General Asim Munir emphasized the inseparable relationship between security and the economy, stating that both aspects are vital for the nation’s prosperity. He stressed the significance of each individual’s contribution to the country’s development, quoting a poem by the renowned poet Allama Muhammad Iqbal.

The Army Chief expressed the state’s role as a mother, promoting love and respect between the people and the state. With determination and dedication, Pakistan will overcome its challenges and strive towards progress and prosperity for all.

He said that security and the economy go hand in hand, adding that an economy without security and security without an economy is impossible. He maintained that both security and economy are indispensable and inseparable from each other.

Addressing the participants of the event, the Army Chief recited a poem by the poet of the East, Allama Muhammad Iqbal, and stressed the need for the significance of every member of the nation for the country’s development.
