LAHORE: Pakistan’s Olympic Gold Medalist, Arshad Nadeem has received a unique gift from his father-in-law, Muhammad Nawaz, in the form of buffalo. This heartfelt and traditional gift celebrates Arshad’s incredible achievement in winning the Gold Medal at the Paris Olympics 2024, with a record-breaking through of 92.97 meters.
Muhammad Nawaz explained that gifting a buffalo is considered very honorable and valuable in their rural community. In an interview with a private TV channel, Arshad Nadeem expressed his reaction over the gift and said “Buffalo? He should have given me 5 to 6 acres of land, but Buffalo is also ok.”
Arshad Nadeem’s father-in-law shared that he gave buffalo to Arshad Nadeem due to the deep-rooted traditions of their community.
