ISLAMABAD: Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Interfaith Harmony and Middle East Hafiz Tahir Mahmood Ashrafi has condemned the restrictions being imposed on Eid Milad-un-Nabi (SAW) congregations in India and Illegally Indian Occupied Jammu and Kashmir by Modi administration.
Addressing a news conference in Islamabad on Saturday, Tahir Ashrafi said the world community should take notice of Indian brutalities against Muslims in Indian and IIOK.
Tahir Ashrafi said that the Muslim Ummah can steer out of multifaceted challenges by following the life and teachings of holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad Rasool Allah Khatim un Nabiyeen Sallallaho Alaihe Wa Ala Alayhee Wa Ashabehi Wassalam.
Responding a question about recent political unrest in Pakistan, Tahir Ashrafi said that the country has a constitution and a parliament and all political parties should avoid taking huge crowds to attack parliament and other institutions for the sake of so-called change.
