ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has approved the protective bail of Prime Minister of Pakistan Shehbaz Sharif’s son Suleman Shehbaz till December 13, 2022, and stopped the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) from arresting Suleman Shahbaz.
Furthermore, IHC ordered Suleman Shehbaz to surrender before the concerned court relevant to his cases.

Bail Plea of Suleman Shehbaz
Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court Aamir Farooq heard the protective bail plea of Suleman Shehbaz, in which Suleman Shehbaz’s counsel Amjad Parvez appeared. During the hearing, Parvez said his petitioner Suleman Shahbaz is returning home on a private airline flight on December 11, 2022, and we are fearful that Suleman may be arrested on arrival.
Chief Justice Aamir Farooq replied that one must appear in person to get security bail. The petitioner’s counselor replied that Suleman wanted to appear in the court of Lahore and surrender.

Suleman Shehbaz to return via Saudi Airlines flight
According to Suleman’s counsel Parvez, his petitioner will return home on December 11, 2022, by a Saudi Airlines flight.
Lawyer Amjad Pervez has read out the ticket of Sulaiman Shehbaz in the IHC.
Parvez said that Suleman Shahbaz is coming from Saudi Arabia to Islamabad Airport on Sunday.
