QUETTA: The health department of Balochistan has declared an emergency to avert any untoward incident after the reports of possible rainfall and snow.
Departments cancel holidays
The holidays of all the district administration employees and the medical staff have been canceled. Weather forecast information hinted at rain and snowfall in different areas of the province, including Quetta, on December 10 and 11.
Monsoon season wreaked destruction in the province in the ongoing year. Flash floods claimed many lives, injured thousands of people, displaced hundreds of families, and left a trail of destruction.
