KARACHI: The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) announced that it will remain close on Monday, 05 February 2024, on account of Kashmir Day.
Commercial banks will remain closed for 3 consecutive days i.e. Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.
The banking schedule for the upcoming days in February has been unveiled, showcasing a mix of operational days and closures:
February 6th and 7th: Banks will resume operations.
February 8th: Banks will remain closed.
February 9th: Operations will resume on Friday.
February 10th and 11th: Closure for the weekend.
February 12th: Banks will reopen on Monday.
Within 10 days, banking services will only be available for three days, while the remaining seven days will witness closures.
