LAHORE: The Ambassador of Belgium, Idesblad van der Gracht has expressed his country’s interest in enhancing investment and cooperation in Pakistan’s various sectors.
During a meeting with Chief Minister of Punjab, Maryam Nawaz Sharif in Lahore on Friday he said both countries could benefit from each other’s experiences in agriculture, education, and other fields.
Chief Minister in her remarks said Pakistan values its relations with Belgium. She said Pakistan seeks to further boost cooperation with Belgium in education, agriculture and IT sectors.
She added that young people are being provided with world-class training in IT sector and that special attention is being given to mechanizing the agricultural sector in Punjab province.
