Bosnian Ambassador Praises Pakistan’s Youth Programme

ISLAMABAD: Rana Mashhood Ahmed Khan, Chairman of the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme (PMYP), emphasized the importance of international partnerships in addressing youth challenges and promoting sustainable development during a meeting on Thursday with Emin Cohodarevic, the Ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina to Pakistan.

In the meeting at his office, Khan welcomed the ambassador’s enthusiasm and reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to sharing knowledge and experiences in youth development.

Ambassador Cohodarevic expressed gratitude for Pakistan’s ongoing support and highlighted the significance of strengthening ties between the two nations.

He praised the initiatives under the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme, noting their substantial contributions to the development and empowerment of young people in Pakistan.

The ambassador expressed interest in replicating this successful model in Bosnia and Herzegovina, emphasizing that collaboration in youth programs could enhance skills, provide opportunities, and strengthen connections between the youth of both countries.

Khan remarked, “This meeting marks a significant step toward establishing a collaborative framework for youth initiatives that can benefit both Pakistan and Bosnia. Together, we can create meaningful opportunities for our young people and pave the way for a brighter future.”

The meeting concluded with a mutual commitment to explore concrete avenues for collaboration in youth programs, ensuring that the voices and aspirations of young people are prioritized in this partnership.
