Brave Pakistani Policewoman Stops Alleged Rapist from Escaping

LAHORE: A brave policewoman in Pakistan prevented an alleged rapist’s attempt to escape from the Lahore High Court in the country’s Punjab province.

The female sub-inspector from Punjab police grabbed the accused Abdul-Razaq by the collar when he attempted to flee from the courtroom after his bail got rejected, reported private news channel Geo TV.

In the meantime, the complainant party also reached the spot, which allowed the female cop to restrain the accused’s arms with a cloth.

The lady police officer was investigating the rape case filed against Abdul-Razzaq in Police Station Jalalpur Bhattian, in the Wazirabad district of Punjab.

The accused had filed a bail plea in the Lahore High Court.
