NEW YORK: Renowned WAG (Wives and Girlfriends) Brittany Mahomes, wife of NFL star Patrick Mahomes, finds herself in the midst of controversy after a former hotel employee accused her of mistreating staff and neglecting to leave tips during her stay.
The accusations surfaced through a TikTok video posted by Jessica O’ Connor, a former server, barista, and bartender at 1 Hotel West Hollywood. In the video, Jessica recounted her encounter with Brittany Mahomes when she was in town shopping for her wedding dress for the 2022 nuptials with Patrick Mahomes.
According to Jessica, Brittany and her entourage ran up a substantial tab, exceeding $100, during their visit to the hotel. Shockingly, the TikToker claimed that despite the sizeable bill, Brittany left no tip for the service staff.
Allegations Against Brittany Mahomes
“We let it slide the first time, thinking maybe there was some mistake or something we did wrong,” Jessica stated in the video. However, she went on to assert that the lack of tipping continued throughout Brittany’s nearly week-long stay, adding that the famous WAG was not only tight-fisted but also exhibited unpleasant behavior.
Jessica expressed her disappointment, emphasizing that persons, especially public figures, should be mindful of how they treat those in positions considered lesser than their own. She asserted that as someone in the public eye, Brittany Mahomes should be cognizant that interactions are observed and remembered.
“As a public figure, you should always go out thinking, ‘OK, the people I interact with are clocking these interactions and they are going to remember this.’ And I will always remember that, Brittany,” Jessica concluded in the TikTok video.
