ISLAMABAD: The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has adorned the major airports of the country with banners and flags in observance of Kashmir Black Day.

According to CAA spokesman, October 27 is Kashmir’s Black Day and a day of solidarity with the Kashmiri brothers.

Banners conveying messages of support for Kashmiris have been prominently displayed, and black flags have been raised at various locations within the airports.

These banners and images on stands symbolize the prevailing oppression in India. Furthermore, banners have been strategically positioned along the routes leading to the airports. Within the airport lounges, Independence songs and documentary films are being showcased on video display screens.

The authority has also distributed informational flyers and pamphlets to passengers, aiming to raise awareness about the significance of this day. —APP
