ISLAMABAD: Get ready to elevate your snack game with our Chapli Kabab Sliders recipe! Dive into a world of flavour with these delicious sliders.


For the Buns:

  • All-purpose flour: 3 cups
  • Egg: 1
  • Sugar: 1 tsp
  • Yeast: 1 tbsp
  • Salt: 1 tsp
  • Lukewarm water: as needed
  • Egg wash: as needed
  • Sesame seeds: as needed

For the Kababs:

  • Beef mince: 1 lb
  • Chili sauce: 1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce: 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli flakes: 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder: 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder: 1 tsp
  • Garlic powder: 1 tsp
  • Salt: 1 tsp
  • Cheddar cheese slices: as needed

For the Sauce:

  • Mayonnaise: 1 cup
  • Mustard paste: 1 tbsp
  • Ketchup: 3 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder: 1 tsp

For Assembling:

  • Prepared buns
  • Prepared sauce
  • Lettuce leaves: as needed
  • Sliced onions: as needed
  • Prepared chapli kababs
  • Tomato slices: as needed


  • In a bowl, combine flour, egg, sugar, yeast, and salt. Mix well.
  • Then add lukewarm water and knead into a smooth dough.
  • Cover with cling film and let it rest until it doubles in size.
  • Divide the dough into two equal parts.
  • Roll one part into a log and cut it into 7-8 pieces.
  • Next, shape each piece into a dough ball.
  • Place the dough balls on a butter paper-lined baking pan.
  • Cover with a cloth and let them rest for 10-15 minutes in a warm place.
  • Brush with egg wash, sprinkle sesame seeds, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10-15 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and place it aside.
  • In a bowl, mix beef mince with chilli sauce, soy sauce, red chilli flakes, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, garlic powder, and salt.
  • Shape the mixture into small kababs and shallow fry until fully cooked.
  • Place cheddar cheese slices on the kababs while frying and cook until the cheese melts slightly. Set aside.
  • Combine mayonnaise, mustard paste, ketchup, and black pepper powder in a bowl. Mix well and set aside.
  • Cut the prepared buns horizontally.
  • Drizzle sauce on both halves of the buns.
  • Add lettuce leaves, tomato slices, onions, and chapli kababs.
  • Drizzle more sauce and place the top bun.
  • Your Chapli Kabab Sliders are ready to serve. Enjoy!
