Ingredients:
For the Beef Tikka:
Beef boneless (cubes): 1 kg
Yogurt: 1 cup
Hot sauce: 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste: 2 tbsp
Papaya paste: 2 tbsp
Tikka masala powder: 2 tbsp
Lemon juice: 2 tbsp
Red chilli flakes: 1 tbsp
Oil (for cooking): 1/4 cup
For the Cheese Sauce:
Cheddar cheese: 1 cup
Butter: 3 tbsp
All-purpose flour: 2 tbsp
Milk: 3 cups
Garlic powder: 1 tsp
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder: 1 tsp
Mustard paste: 2 tbsp
For Assembling:
Hot sizzler plate
Butter (as required)
Onion rings (as required)
Prepared beef tikka (as required)
Green coriander (as required)
Instructions
In a bowl, combine beef, yogurt, hot sauce, ginger garlic paste, papaya paste, tikka masala powder, lemon juice, and red chili flakes. Marinate well.
Heat oil in a pan and add the marinated beef. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Cover and cook for 25-30 minutes or until fully done. Set aside.
In another pan, heat butter and add flour. Cook for a minute, then add milk and mix well.
Add garlic powder, salt, and black pepper powder. Cook until the mixture starts to simmer.
Add cheddar cheese and mustard paste. Cook until the cheese melts. Set aside.
Grease a hot sizzler plate with butter. Place onion rings on it and add beef tikka. Top with cheese sauce and garnish with green coriander. Your Cheesy Beef Tikka Sizzler is ready.
