BEIJING: In response to the escalating tensions and violence between Israelis and Palestinians, China’s Foreign Ministry Spokesperson expressed deep concern and called for restraint from all relevant parties.
The spokesperson emphasized the need for an immediate cessation of hostilities to protect civilians and prevent the situation from deteriorating further.
Highlighting the recurrence of the conflict, the spokesperson underscored that the prolonged impasse in the peace process cannot persist. The spokesperson asserted that the key to resolving the conflict lies in implementing the two-state solution, leading to the establishment of an independent State of Palestine.
