Civil Aviation Authority Initiates E-Kacheri to Address Passenger Grievances

ISLAMABAD: Director General of the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), Flt Lt (R) Khaqan Murtaza, will conduct an E-Kacheri aimed at resolving issues faced by passengers at airports across Pakistan.

The virtual event, scheduled for Thursday, will see DG Khaqan Murtaza available online from 10:30 am onwards to address passenger complaints and concerns directly.

To ensure widespread access, the E-Kacheri will be streamed live on the Civil Aviation Authority’s Facebook page, allowing participants to engage remotely and voice their grievances.

Participants intending to raise complaints during the E-Kacheri are urged to provide essential details, including their name, mobile number, email address, and the name of the airport, in the comment section of the live stream. Providing comprehensive information regarding the nature of the complaint is encouraged to facilitate prompt and effective resolution.

Additionally, individuals can submit their complaints via email to [email protected], accompanied by any relevant supporting documents, to aid in the thorough investigation and resolution process.

The initiative underscores the CAA’s commitment to ensuring a seamless and hassle-free travel experience for passengers, while also promoting transparency and accountability in addressing grievances.

By leveraging technology and providing multiple channels for communication and feedback, the CAA aims to foster greater trust and confidence among passengers, ultimately enhancing the overall quality of airport services and operations nationwide.
