PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur has penned a letter to Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, expressing his concerns over the exclusion of 91 development projects from the Public Sector Development Programme (PSDP).

Gandapur conveyed his disappointment with the decision of the Planning Committee, highlighting the significant repercussions this exclusion would have on the province.

The CM termed the exclusion of ongoing uplift projects contradicted the decisions reached during meetings of the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) and the National Economic Council (NEC).

Referencing a prior NEC meeting in his letter, Gandapur reiterated the importance of prioritizing the completion of ongoing projects.

He warned that the federal government’s exclusion of these development initiatives would further exacerbate the province’s existing deprivation.
